RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We get it—sometimes your haul isn’t quite your holy grail. Here's the deal:

• Returns are accepted on eligible items (not pre-orders or gift cards), no questions asked.
• You cover return shipping and ensure the item gets back to us in the same condition it left. Once it arrives, we’ll cast a refund spell to your original payment method.
• Cancellations of unshipped orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Pre-orders and gift cards cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded—once the scroll is signed, the deal is sealed.
